1. What is the structure of your company?
BRACHEV Ltd is an export company operating within a group of established producers specializing in sunflower seed processing. The production partners within the group are certified according to internationally recognized standards including IFS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001. The combined production capacity of the group exceeds 100,000 tons of sunflower seeds processed annually, ensuring stable supply and scalability.
2. Do you offer private label production?
Yes, we provide private label solutions tailored to market-specific requirements, including packing under the customer’s brand, flexible packaging formats, compliance with local labeling regulations, coordination of packaging design when required. We adapt to the specific expectations of each market and value long-term partnerships built on trust and reliability.
3. What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantities (MOQ) depend on the sector. For the bakery and the bird-feed industry it is one full truck or container. For retail private label products the MOQ is one pallet only however, due to transportation economics, orders of at least 3–4 pallets are recommended to optimize the logistics costs.
4. Which Incoterms do you use?
The most commonly used Incoterms are DAP (Delivered At Place) and CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight). We also work under FCA terms when customers prefer to manage logistics independently. Terms are agreed individually depending on destination and cooperation structure.
5. Do you undergo customer audits?
Yes, we undergo customer audits at least once per year. All audits have been successfully passed to date. Constructive feedback and improvement suggestions are implemented where appropriate.
6. Do you use third-party laboratory testing?
Yes, we frequently use SGS services for sampling, laboratory testing, export control, etc. This is particularly common in the bird-feeding sector, where documented compliance is essential. Test reports can be provided upon request.
7. Do you offer organic products?
Currently, we do not offer certified organic products. Our focus is on conventional sunflower seeds, kernels and refined sunflower oil with consistent industrial-scale supply.

8. What export documentation do you provide?
We provide full export documentation as required, including export invoice, packing list, bill of lading or CMR, certificate of origin or EUR1 certificate, certificate of analysis, fumigation certificate, health certificate, phytosanitary certificate, laboratory test report (upon request), conformity, non-GMO and other declarations. We have extensive experience with international export procedures.
