QUALITY & COMPLIANCE
We work with customers ranging from small and medium-sized brands to large international companies, some with more than 100 years of history and strict internal standards.
Customer audits are a regular part of our work. We undergo audits at least once per year, and in some cases two to three times annually, depending on customer requirements. All audits have been successfully passed, often accompanied by constructive recommendations that support continuous improvement.
Through our partner network, we regularly use the services of internationally recognized inspection and certification companies such as SGS, including:
- Sampling
- Laboratory testing
- Export control
- Arbitration and independent verification, when required
These services are applied across both food and bird-feeding sectors, allowing us to meet a wide range of customer quality expectations.

Long-term partnerships are a defining characteristic of our work. Our oldest customer brand cooperation began in 2010 and continues to this day, reflecting stability, consistency, and mutual trust.
