In our work we use both own laboratories and specialized laboratories of other companies that are authorized to perform a certain type of laboratory tests. In our laboratories we do the basic testing which directly affects the quality of the production process and of our final products. Everyday we test the purity, the moisture, the size of the fractions, the peroxide and the content of the free fatty acids – the basic parameters that directly affect the final result from our work. As a rule this type of testing is a part of our everyday work and is free for our customers.
At a certain period of time or at a certain occasion (for example upon customer requests) we order different types of tests in specialized laboratories which are internationally well known and of good reputation. The parameters of these tests are usually given by our customers and these tests are normally done before the shipments and are connected with documenting of the characteristic features of a certain batch (lot). Usually these tests are paid by the customers or they are calculated in advance in the price of the products that we deliver.
